Robert Whittaker, a senior partner and trial attorney, has been with the Firm since 1976 and has been a partner since 1981. Mr. Whittaker has tried and won innumerable cases against top plaintiffs' lawyers in the areas of medical malpractice, products liability, construction liability, architectural and engineering negligence, assault and battery, defamation, false arrest, malicious prosecution, and municipal liability.
