On Wednesday, September 30, 2020 Senior Partner Kenneth R. Larywon and Of Counsel Michael C. Clarke were guest speakers at the 2020 New York State Society of Physician Assistants (NYSSPA) Leadership Conference, and presented to the Conference An Introduction to New York State’s Office of Professional Medical Conduct.
The presentation, which was made to a state-wide audience, concentrated on actions brought by New York State Department of Health’s Office of Professional Medical Conduct (OPMC). Mr. Larywon and Mr. Clarke detailed the oversight authority of OPMC, as well as the potential impact upon professional licenses in the medical and allied health professions, including Physician Assistants.
