Christopher A. Terzian, a seasoned trial attorney with over 36 years of legal experience and close to 25 years of medical malpractice defense litigation experience, is a Senior Trial Partner at Martin Clearwater & Bell <span class="text-llp">LLP</span>. Mr. Terzian has obtained defense verdicts in Kings County, Queens County and Westchester County and is responsible for achieving the final disposition of hundreds of medical malpractice cases. He has also obtained many favorable summary judgment decisions.

As a member of MCB’s Medical Malpractice Defense Practice Group, Mr. Terzian defends our client doctors, physicians, academic medical centers and other medical professionals in Westchester County and the surrounding regions of New York.

Prior to his career in medical malpractice defense, Mr. Terzian was a prosecutor for the Bronx County District Attorney’s Office where he obtained trial convictions in cases involving narcotics, manslaughter, armed robbery and sexual assault. Mr. Terzian is an involved member of his community, and has worked for over 10 years as a youth football coach.
