Evan R. Schnittman is a Partner at Martin Clearwater & Bell LLP, where he focuses his practice on defense of medical malpractice and general liability matters involving client doctors, hospitals, health care systems, and other medical professionals.

Prior to joining MCB, Evan was a Senior Counsel at the New York City Office of the Corporation Counsel where he defended the City in many prominent federal class actions and constitutional challenges to City programs and policies. Thereafter, he defended medical malpractice and general liability actions at two defense firms in New York City.
