Associate
Prior to joining MCB, Fiachra worked as an associate attorney at a full-service law firm in New York, where his areas of expertise included medical malpractice, podiatric malpractice, long-term care litigation, and OPMC/OPD investigations. Detailed responsibilities included all aspects of pre-trial discovery, such as performing legal research, conducting depositions, and participating in Court conferences. Additionally, he examined a variety of medical, insurance, and financial records and consulted with medical and nursing experts to assist with imminent arbitration, mediation, and/or trials. Fiachra also served in-house for a capital finance enterprise in Dublin, Ireland, and as a compliance associate and investigator for a trust company in New York.
Fiachra received his LL.M. from University College Dublin in 2017, and a B.C.L. (J.D. equivalent) degree from the University of Galway in 2014. He is admitted to practice in New York, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He is a member of the Irish American Bar Association of New York.
