Having tried and litigated major cases in all areas of personal injury law, in­cluding medical, hospital, and dental malpractice, Michael brings decades of professional experience to the Firm’s formidable talent base. He is a seasoned attorney who has been affiliated with several prestigious law firms in New York, including serving for more than a decade as Partner at a firm specializing in insurance defense services.

Known for effectively representing both individual physicians and institutional clients, Michael’s 34+ years experience includes:

·   Extensive history of defending health care clients against a variety of high-exposure malpractice allegations.

·   Broad exposure to all areas of personal injury law, including medical, dental and hospital malpractice; premises liability; products liability; labor law; and municipal liability.

·   Successful defense of doctors in cases against both former patients and corporate adversaries.

·   Demonstrated track record in successfully defending cases involving allega­tions of product defect and/or product misuse.

Beyond his legal work, Michael is also a dedicated educator, regularly providing training and counsel to physicians and hospital personnel on the subjects of professional liability and lawsuit prevention.
