Beyond medical malpractice, Michael also has significant experience in the products liability, premises liability, and commercial litigation arenas. He is particularly well known for his successful track record defending corporate entities, physicians, medical institutions, and building owners during mediations and jury trials.
A seasoned litigator with 30 years in the field of law, Michael began his legal career as an associate attorney with a commercial litigation firm in the New York area. Subsequent experience included a 4-year tenure here at MCB as an associate attorney, followed by more than a decade as an associate at a prestigious New York area law firm specializing in personal injury matters. Additionally, Michael has drafted and argued appeals before the Appellate Division of the State of New York.
Michael received his undergraduate degree from St. John’s University in 1990, and earned his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law in 1993. He is admitted to practice in New York and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
