Associate
Oladapo brings valuable experience to MCB, having previously worked as an associate attorney at a New York law firm specializing in medical malpractice and insurance defense. There, he advocated for doctors, hospitals, and healthcare providers in numerous malpractice cases. Specific responsibilities included drafting motions, affidavits, and other legal documents; conducting legal research; taking depositions; preparing case evaluations and reports; and assisting in trial preparation.
Beyond litigation preparation, Oladapo participated in settlement negotiations and mediations in an effort to achieve favorable resolutions and avoid costly trials. Additionally, he endeavored to ensure that there was clear communication with clients from case inception through resolution.
Earlier in his career, Oladapo served in a legal clinic assisting potential asylum seekers, and as an intern at the Nassau County District Court, where he conducted research and drafted various legal documents.
Oladapo received his B.A. from Seton Hall University in 2017, making Dean’s List and earning the Elizabeth McKee Pigott Scholarship. He earned his J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2021, and was a member of both the Hofstra Trial Advocacy Association, and the Black Law Students Association. He is admitted to practice in New York.
