Robert’s deep interest in medicine and his strong relationships with health care professionals enhance his ability to provide effective representation. He finds the intricacies of medical science fascinating and enjoys the opportunity to learn from the doctors and nurses he works with.

Beyond health care law, Robert also has extensive experience in automobile li­ability, labor law, and real estate law. This broad knowledge base makes him a well-rounded attorney who is able to think creatively and optimize defense strategies for his clients. While he has a proven track record in court, Robert is equally effective in getting malpractice cases dismissed through the use of dispositive motions – thereby avoiding litigation in the first place.
