Before joining MCB, Rossana served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Special Victim’s Division of the Bronx District Attorney’s Office. In that capacity, she was responsible for investigating and prosecuting a high volume of felony and misdemeanor domestic violence cases, from inception through final disposition, and was second chair on an attempted murder trial. Other responsibilities included conducting hearings; presenting cases to the grand jury; conducting long term investigations; drafting motions, pleadings, and other legal documents; and preparing oral arguments to the Court. Additionally, she supervised, trained, and mentored incoming classes of Assistant District Attorneys. Prior to this position, Rossana held several legal internships and externships, all of which involved performing legal research, drafting legal documents, and gaining exposure to all aspects of litigation.
Rossana received her B.A. from Rutgers University in 2017, with honors, including Dean’s List recognition. She earned her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2020, and she is also a member of Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honor Society. Rossana is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.
