Associate
Prior to joining MCB, Timothy was an associate attorney at two different law firms in New York, both of which included medical malpractice and professional liability practice areas. He advised and represented clients in all stages of litigation, and strategized legal defenses throughout the duration of assigned cases. Specific responsibilities encompassed drafting myriad legal documents such as pleadings, discovery demands and responses, and motions; conducting depositions; developing case strategy; performing legal research; and negotiating settlements.
Prior to these positions, Timothy served as Department Advocate Agency Attorney for the New York City Police Department as well as Assistant District Attorney for the Richmond County District Attorney’s Office. The experience gained in these positions translates to a well-rounded and seasoned professional who is intimately familiar with all aspects of litigation.
Timothy received his B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany in 2015, graduating cum laude. He earned his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2018, where he was awarded a Glasser Scholarship. Timothy is admitted to practice in New York.
