On Monday, February 10th, Partner Jacqueline D. Berger was a guest presenter at Professor Adam Shlahet's Medical Malpractice class at Fordham University, School of Law. Ms. Berger taught a 1.5 hour class to third-year law students on the topic of Depositions in a Medical Malpractice Case. Ms. Berger has been invited to teach this class on a yearly basis since 2018.
