Please join us in congratulating Adam Brown and Victor Ivanoff on their well-deserved promotions to Partner. An invaluable asset to the Firm, Adam's nearly two decades of experience spans the entire litigation process, from drafting pleadings and managing discovery to developing and executing winning strategies in court. His deep knowledge and experience in medical malpractice and general liability cases have consistently delivered successful outcomes for our clients, and we are confident that Adam will continue to thrive in this new leadership role. Adam received his B.S. from Cornell University and made the Dean’s List. He received his J.D., cum laude, from Boston University School of Law, where he was also an editor for the Journal of Science and Technology. He is admitted to practice in New York.

From day one, Victor has demonstrated exceptional legal acumen and dedication to client service while defending healthcare providers in a wide range of medical malpractice cases. His in-depth knowledge of medical terminology and standards of care, combined with his persuasive advocacy, continually produces positive results for our clients. As a Partner, we look forward to his continued contributions to the Firm's success. Victor received his B.A. from San Francisco State University. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Albany Law School where he also served as a member of the Journal of Science and Technology. He is admitted to practice in New York, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
