Senior Partner Kenneth Larywon was invited to speak in the International Council of Ophthalmology’s World Ophthalmology Conference for 2018 in Barcelona, Spain.
Mr. Larywon discussed medical malpractice laws in the United States in a program entitled "Defending the Ophthalmologist in a Medical Malpractice Lawsuit: Global Comparative Overview of Multiple Legal Systems." Mr. Larywon was joined by several renowned speakers who discussed medical malpractice in their respective countries including Dr. Sunil Moreker of India, Dr. Kenji Minemura of Japan and attorneys Ignacio Montoro Iturbe-Ormaeche, Esq. and Juan Manuel Quintana Zuazúa, Esq. of Spain. The program was chaired by Robert Ritch, MD.
